The design is based on current architectural trends and transforms them into a simple and regular atrium house with a ground floor, a receiding first floor and a partial basement. The new state aims to extend object with new features and arranges it again. The design is in direct contact with the garden and the surrounding area of the house through the terrace on the ground floor. The first floor uses a receiding roof as a green terrace to make better climate for bedrooms in the summer months.
